Z a novel of Zelda Fitzgerald by Therese Anne Fowler, a work of fiction about the famous wife of the famous writer F Scott Fitzgerald - legends in their own time.

The Taste of Apple Seeds by Katharina Hagena, a recently translated novel that has been a best seller in Germany. I have just started it and am very much enjoying it.

The Moon Field by Judith Allnatt - First World War story of love and redemption.

For the kids

The Chronicles of Egg by Geoff Rodkey, volume 1 Deadweather and Sunrise and volume 2 New Lands - described by Rick Riordan as "Lemony Snicket meets Pirates of the Caribbean, with a sprinkling of Tom Sawyer for good measure". I expect this series to be very popular, fun to read for kids and their parents.
